I Hope all of you are doing well. Your health and well being is and will always be our main priority. Sanitation, disinfection and sterilization are health practices that I take very seriously and implement daily in the shop. As an on-going effort to reduce exposure of Covid-19, The Freshee has implemented the following:

  • Face mask is required for all appointments (Masks with string loop preferred)
  • There is no waiting or waiting area inside the studio
  • You must wait outside in your car until instructed to come in
  • You must sanitize your hand prior to coming in
  • Restricted shop hours/schedule
  • One on one interaction strictly enforced (No other guest or children are allowed unless minor)
  • All house calls and late hours are momentarily suspended
  • All appointments will be limited and will still be approved accordingly


We require 24-hour notice for penalty free cancellation of appointments.
Clients can cancel appointments by using the square app, by calling, text message or by leaving a voicemail.
Clients cancelling appointments with less than 12-hour notice will be charged a late cancellation fee, which is 50% of the appointments menu price.

Late Arrivals

The Freshee firmly believes in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the studio. Clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at studios discretion. * You may be cancelled, Re-scheduled or be charged 50% of the services booked.

No Show

If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointments, they will be subject to pay the full amount of the base menu price. They will also be required to attach a credit card to their file to book future appointments at The Freshee.
Clients who No Show on more than one occasion must pre-pay, in full, for any services that they would like to schedule.


The Freshee does require a deposit (or in some cases a valid credit card on file) in order to secure bookings or for services taking place off-site or out of regular hours.

Service Refunds

The Freshee does not offer monetary refunds on services rendered.

We do have a 7-day policy in place on services in which a client can come back and have corrections made or receive credit on technical errors.

Payments and Gratuities

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, gift cards and cash for services.

What are your fees? Square’s standard processing fee is 2.6% + 10¢ for contactless payments, swiped or inserted chip cards, and swiped magstripe cards. Payments that are manually keyed-in, processed using Card on File, or manually entered using Virtual Terminal have a 3.5% + 15¢ fee.

It is customary to provide your stylist 18-20% gratuity of the total service. Gratuities are not included in service price and are only accepted in cash form. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Product Returns

Product refunds will only be given for defective or damaged products. Used products are non-refundable.
